It’s possible for the ZipnHang lines to become uneven. This can happen if the lines are not extended or retracted at the same time.
You *MIGHT* be able to get the lines to even out, but it may not function smoothly once one line is pulled further.
1. Press the button and pull the shorter line so that the lines are the same length.
2. Continue pressing the button and pull BOTH lines at the same time out a little further.
3. Finally, while pushing the button, retract and extend BOTH lines at the same time a few more times – hopefully the lines will begin moving again and even out.
